However, vaporization is not suitable as a treatment for large adenomas.
What if prostate adenoma is not treated?
Research has long proven that prostate adenoma is a progressive disease. Despite the fact that there are a huge number of drugs, there is no one that can completely cure this disease.
If the adenoma is left untreated, complications such as cystitis, prostatitis, urethritis, vesiculitis, chronic pyelonephritis, and renal failure will occur. Sand and stones form in the bladder, and acute urinary retention is possible.
